Based in a bright office with city views and leasing with high-profile clients and professionals on a daily basis..
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the switchboard and phone lines
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Mailroom duties and managing the courier and delivery process
- Planning and preparation of meetings and events
- Managing invoices and other ad-hoc administration
- Ordering and maintaining sales brochures
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3-5 years corporate receptionist experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Ability to manage, plan and uphold office procedures
