Working closely with the Office Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to various different parts of the company and work in a multifaceted position.
- Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs
- Managing couriers
- Organising catering
- Assisting with booking travel and accommodation for senior ANZ staff
- Assist with facility management
- Provide adhoc administration support
- High level of customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft office
- High attention to detail
- The ability to quickly grasp new systems and procedures
- High level of time management and organisational skills
