Seeking a corporate receptionist to work for a global financial services company based in St Leonards. If you enjoy being the first point of contact for a company and running a reception desk, this may be the ideal role for you.
- Managing switchboard for calls across the company
- Managing of office access cards and register
- Greeting and assisting internal and external clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Co-ordination of meeting room bookings
- At least 1-2 years experience in a corporate office based admin or receptionist
- Well presented and professional
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
