A global FMCG company are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working individual to work as part of the Reception and Customer Service team in their Sydney Head Office in Lane Cove. This is a great entry level position to grow a career in a fun and friendly team. Previous office experience is preferable but ongoing training and development will be provided.
- Answer incoming calls and emails and deal with client and customer queries
- Monitor, screen and manage all correspondence, mail, emails and calls
- Manage front of house including meeting and greeting clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Process and invoice customer and client orders
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate sales and monitor stock levels
- Continuous reporting, maintaining records and documentation of events
- Support the wider team with other administrative support where necessary
- 1 year experience in Reception/Customer Service role desirable but not essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and team player
