Based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, the role is a permanent full-time position within a growing Financial Services firm. Not only will you be the first point of contact for clients, but as an Office Administrator your duties will also extend to supporting your team in an open and friendly work environment. Great opportunity to acquire a variety of office administrative skills and to gain exposure within the Financial Services industry.
• Front of House, including managing incoming calls and enquiries and greeting clients, maintaining clean office areas
• Diary and calendar management
• Event management for both staff and clients
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
• Providing assistance to team-members
• Ad hoc administrative duties
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and common sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and organise
