- Answer the phone and assisting with general enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Responsible for booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Book travel arrangements for the senior leadership team
- Diary management and organising calendars
- Process invoices, order stationery and other office supplies
- Minimum 3 years administration or reception experience
- Polished and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
