Fantastic opportunity to join a global engineering company on the reception desk for a 3 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension for the right candidates. Providing free breakfast and a great working environment, this role is based in brand new offices in the heart of Sydney CBD.
- Manage a busy switchboard
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Organise Catering
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers
- Order stationary and other office supplies
- Be the face of the company, meet and greet guests and visitors
- Other adhoc administration
- A minimum of 2 years working in a front of house position within a corporate environment
- Immaculate presentation
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Proactive approach and a team player
