As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and assist the wider office with administration work. - Act as first point of contact with responsibility for answering phones and meeting and greeting clients and staff
- Work with internal stakeholders providing high level administrative support
- Manage boardroom and meeting room schedules
- Maintain reception area and ensure rooms are clean and tidy at all times
- Organise catering for meetings and other events
- Ensure all office and stationery supplies are ordered and maintained
- Send out invoices and distribute incoming e-mails
- Support the Office Manager and assist with facilities and other office tasks
- Ability to work in a busy reception environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound administration skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and support across the wider office
