We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator to join an intimate team in a fast-paced environment based in the Northern suburbs.
This dynamic role will have you supporting the overall business, based in an autonomous environment servicing front of house and liaising directly with the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the Managing Director
- General administration duties; data entry, invoicing & filing
- Bank reconciliation & ATO PAYG Payments
- Effective email and meeting room management
- Meet & greet all visitors and answering phone calls
The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Office Administration role
- Proficient and experienced in MYOB, MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a team environment but also acts with independence and initiative
- Must exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic
