Part-tme Receptionist

Join one of Australia's largest Superannuation funds based in the Sydney CBD for a part-time temporary reception cover. We are partnering with them to find a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their team for TWO DAYS per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) starting on Monday the 16th of September till the end of December.

Role Overview:


As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and employees alike. Your role will involve managing the reception area, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a smooth front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.
Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
