As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include a range of administrative tasks while ensuring the front desk operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and clients, managing calendars efficiently.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries and packages.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing documents, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with client intake and ensure confidential information is accurately recorded and securely managed.
  • Coordinate office meetings, including booking meeting rooms and ensuring necessary materials are prepared.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive legal matters.


The ideal candidate for this Receptionist role will have a background in a corporate receptionist or administrative role. They will be professional, organised, and able to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualities include:

  • Professionalism: Courteous and polished, with excellent communication skills.
  • Corporate Reception Experience: Proven ability to manage calls, appointments, and visitors in a corporate setting.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion, especially in a legal environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office systems and scheduling software.
  • Team Player: Adaptable and willing to assist colleagues to keep the office running smoothly.
