Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their team in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of Australia's largest financial services organisation that has a reputation for having a fantastic working culture. What you'll do:

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to all external stakeholders and internal staff. You will manage the reception area, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard. Your duties will include greeting clients promptly upon arrival, managing catering for meetings, handling incoming mail and parcels, and providing administrative support as needed. You will also be responsible for managing visitor access passes and adhering to workplace health and safety policies.

  • Provide a professional presence at all times
  • Monitor and maintain public areas to a high standard
  • Meet & greet internal & external clients
  • Manage all catering in meeting rooms as required
  • Handle all incoming parcels and mail
  • Manage visitor’s access passes and contractors access passes
  • Provide administrative assistance to Senior Facilities Officer and team as required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Receptionist role will bring strong customer service skills. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively across all levels of business and with external stakeholders. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to complete tasks within required time frames, even in a fast-paced environment.
