Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic school environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a welcoming and organised front desk area. What you'll do:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors, parents, and students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, answering phone calls and emails promptly, managing appointments efficiently, and maintaining school records meticulously. You will also support the administrative staff with various clerical tasks while ensuring that the front desk area remains organised and welcoming at all times.

What you bring:

Your strong organisational skills ensure efficient management of appointments and meticulous maintenance of school records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with basic computer skills is essential for this role. Lastly, your ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic school environment will set you apart.
