We’re partnering with a highly respected investment firm to find a polished, service-driven Receptionist to represent their brand across two floors in Sydney CBD. In this role, you’ll own all front-of-house activity - greeting guests, managing the reception area, answering calls, and making sure every visitor has a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll coordinate meeting rooms across two floors, handle guest access, organise catering, and ensure rooms are set up and packed down on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional first impression, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running seamlessly. Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the face and voice of the office, delivering a polished, seamless experience to all guests and visitors
  • Manage the reception area, greeting guests and handling enquiries professionally

  • Coordinate meeting rooms across two floors, including set-up, pack-down, and catering

  • Answer and manage main line calls efficiently

  • Maintain guest access systems

  • Support the Office/Team Assistant with:

  • Supply ordering and keeping shared spaces tidy

  • Building management portal requests

  • Ad hoc admin or travel requests

About You:

  • Previous experience in luxury hotel front desk, concierge, guest relations, or similar high-end client-facing roles

  • Polished, proactive, and thrive at the centre of a smoothly run office

  • Enjoy a fast-paced, client-focused environment where no two days are the same
