What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include managing diaries for multiple stakeholders, coordinating travel arrangements, handling expense management, and organising off-site community events. You will provide support to three partners, understanding their work relationships and fostering important connections. This role requires you to adapt quickly to changes in schedules or plans, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. In this fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and poise under pressure is key.

  • Manage diaries for multiple stakeholders ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transportation
  • Handle expense management with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organise off-site community events and social activities
  • Provide support to three partners, understanding their work relationships and fostering important connections
  • Adapt quickly to changes in schedules or plans, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
  • Maintain professionalism and poise under pressure in a fast-paced environment


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role brings proven experience in a similar position along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your excellent organisational skills are matched by your attention to detail. You would have experience working collaboratively within a team and can adapt quickly to changes in schedules or plans.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team
  • Experience working within professional and/or financial services
