Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a reputable professional services organisation supporting the CEO in an initial 2-month temporary contract role. This role will suit an experienced Executive Assistant who can work at a fast-pace and change directions in an efficient manner, and thrives working autonomously as well as in a collaborative environment. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position commencing immediately.

In this role you will provide essential Executive Administrative support to key stakeholders within the business.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Executive level administrative support
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Minute taking and action agenda items at board level
  • Prepare letters, correspondence and documentation
  • Manage confidential administration tasks
  • Prepare budgets and reports
  • Manage phone and email enquiries
  • Prepare of monthly reports and papers

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be highly organised with strong time management skills will ensure success in this role
  • Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and manage when priorities
  • Must have or be willing to apply for a National Police Check.
