A04 Executive Support Officer

Our client is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Executive Support Officer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, confidential administrative support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Board and its Committees, on a contract basis until the end of February 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inboxes and email correspondence
  • Schedule and organise board meetings
  • Manage logistical and technological arrangements for meetings
  • Assist team members in preparing and circulating meeting books
  • Maintain all registers
  • Provide back up for the Executive Officers within the team as required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
