Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will take on diverse responsibilities including governance administration, executive communication support, stakeholder engagement, meeting logistics coordination, and calendar management.
Key responsibilities:
- Review compliance documentation for Board members with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage correspondence through multiple inboxes by providing timely responses and escalating important matters as needed.
- Assist with agenda preparation, minutes and review papers.
- Complex diary management, using advanced Outlook skills to coordinate calendars efficiently for meetings and milestone deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders regularly to ensure submissions are received on time and schedules are met consistently.
You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative professional with a track record of supporting senior executives or Boards within regulated environments.
Skills and experience:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Strong written communication skills for proofreading executive-level reports with accuracy and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook calendar management and shared inbox coordination.
- Warm interpersonal skills that ensure guests feel welcome while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Experience navigating compliance processes with high attention to detail.
- Your ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while building positive relationships across teams will be central to your success in this role.
