What you'll do:

As an SAP Success Factors Solution Architect based in Brisbane, you will be instrumental in guiding the architectural vision for critical HR technology initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with diverse teams to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of system development—from initial design through integration—adhere to best practices while remaining responsive to changing organisational needs. By mentoring colleagues and sharing your expertise across teams, you will help build capability within the division while maintaining the integrity of large-scale ERP transformations. • Provide expert leadership and guidance in designing and managing robust SAP Success Factors solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and risk management protocols.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP-related technologies and terminologies relevant to health or public sector environments.
• Proven ability to translate sophisticated SAP technical concepts into actionable strategies that achieve tangible business results.
• Extensive background in architectural design within integrated ERP environments—including coaching peers and working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional client service skills demonstrated by consistently meeting deadlines and service level agreements in demanding project contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities enabling you to provide clear advice, consult effectively with stakeholders on strategic issues, and nurture productive relationships during periods of change.
• Significant experience leading solution integration design efforts as part of large-scale ERP transformations involving multiple business units or functions.
• Expertise in designing integration strategies and presenting solution artefacts tailored for both technical audiences and senior management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends related to systems integration and service-oriented architecture within enterprise settings.
• A track record forged over 7–10 years in similar roles involving large business implementations or complex technology projects.
• Experience working within complex Government organisations
