BI Developer - Business Intelligence, ETL

Overview

Seeking an experienced BI Developer to join a high-performing data and analytics team. You will work with high-volume, highly complex datasets from multiple sources, design scalable ETL pipelines, well-governed data models, and intuitive dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade BI solutions, dashboards, and reports using large and complex datasets
• Translate business requirements into robust data models, semantic layers, and visualisations
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources including core banking systems, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Optimise SQL queries, data models, and BI performance for high-volume, high-availability environments
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and error-handling to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Key Requirements

• 5+ years Proven experience as a BI Developer or Analytics Engineer in large, data-intensive environments
• Strong SQL expertise with experience working on complex datasets to develop and maintain end to end BI solutions
• Hands-on experience developing advanced Tableau/ Power BI dashboards, creating reusable datasets, certified data sources, and well-defined metrics
• Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on solutions, and deliver high-impact insights
