Role Overview

Key Requirements

• Extensive data quality management and data delivery experience for enterprise wide data programs
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-team delivery environments with tight timelines and high scrutiny
• Hands-on experience with ELT/ETL lifecycles and data quality tooling
• Deep understanding of data profiling and validation techniques, data quality dimensions and controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, working between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• As the SME for data quality, embed data quality controls and coordinate data quality activities across squads to ensure dependenciesare managed effectively
• Product robust and scalable data quality artefacts ensuring all outputs meet regulatory standards
• Translate non-technical stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable, testable data quality frameworks and standards
• Drive end-to-end data quality initiatives including data profiling, triaging and tracking, reconciliation and completeness
• Run workshops to resolve data quality issues quickly and decisively
