Data Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst. They will be responsible for managing the organisation’s data infrastructure and analytics processes. This includes end-to-end accountability for data structures, reporting logic, and ensuring the quality and reliability of insights provided to the business. The role requires both reactive responses to data requests and proactive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned data domains, including ongoing management of data models, logic, and documentation.
- Independently design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines from source systems through to production dashboards.
- Develop performance metrics and reports that support decision-making processes; create dashboards using Power BI/DAX.
- Monitor data for anomalies or emerging risks; surface actionable insights without requiring specific requests.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality analytics solutions.
- Identify issues related to data integrity and accuracy; implement governance practices such as documentation standards and controls.
- Extract and integrate data via APIs while handling authentication, pagination, error resolution, and transformation for reporting purposes.
- Document processes and methodologies for future reference; prepare presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analyst roles with demonstrated ownership of analytics deliverables.
- Proficiency in Power BI/DAX, ETL, SQL, Python/R, Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., pipelines, lakehouses), and API integration techniques.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing or trend analysis.
- Communication skills for presenting complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience implementing data governance practices such as quality standards and documentation protocols.
