As an Executive Assistant based in Melbourne, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing operations with precision and discretion. You’ll coordinate complex schedules, travel, and meetings across time zones, act as a key liaison across teams, and ensure seamless communication and execution. Your proactive, detail-driven approach will help the Executive Leadership Team operate at peak performance.
- Manage complex diaries, emails, and travel for APAC executives with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and timely follow-ups
- Partner with internal teams to support communications, client events, and business initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and uphold best practices across the business
