As an Executive Assistant based in Melbourne, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing operations with precision and discretion. You’ll coordinate complex schedules, travel, and meetings across time zones, act as a key liaison across teams, and ensure seamless communication and execution. Your proactive, detail-driven approach will help the Executive Leadership Team operate at peak performance.

  • Manage complex diaries, emails, and travel for APAC executives with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and timely follow-ups
  • Partner with internal teams to support communications, client events, and business initiatives
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and uphold best practices across the business

What you'll bring:

To thrive as an Executive Assistant, you’ll have proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in complex, often global, organisations. You combine technical expertise in diary and inbox management with emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically. Your proactive mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit allow you to keep operations running smoothly while building strong stakeholder relationships. You excel under pressure, prioritise competing demands, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Expertly manage calendars, emails, and meetings across multiple time zones with discretion
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
  • Navigate competing priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
