What you'll do:
As a SAP Ariba Business Analyst, you will immerse yourself in understanding both existing workflows and desired outcomes, working hand-in-hand with integration partners to map out efficient new processes. Your ability to facilitate discussions, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable plans will be crucial as you help define how SAP Ariba can best support the organisation’s objectives. You will be instrumental in ensuring that everyone involved is informed, engaged, and empowered to contribute towards building robust business processes. By providing hands-on support during testing phases and offering practical training to end users, you will help lay the foundation for long-term success. - Collaborate with stakeholders and integration partners to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP Ariba.
- Design and document the future state of procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba functionality, bridging any knowledge gaps within the team and supporting effective solution adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, share insights, and build consensus among diverse teams.
- Work proactively to ensure that all project milestones are met within tight timelines, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in developing training materials and delivering user training sessions to promote successful system adoption.
- Monitor progress against project plans, identifying risks or issues early and collaborating on solutions to keep initiatives on track.
What you bring:
To excel as a SAP Ariba Business Analyst in this role, you will bring proven experience navigating complex procurement environments while demonstrating empathy for stakeholder needs.
