Infrastructure Engineer / Parramatta / $150,000 + Super

An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to head up their Cloud & On-premise environment. This role offers the chance to work in a high-performance environment where innovation, security, and reliability are critical to delivering exceptional business outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in an ICT engineering or infrastructure support role

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, Azure cloud, and cybersecurity practices

• On-premise to Azure public cloud migrations, as well as tenant-to-tenant experience

• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and telephony platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams calling features)

• Experience supporting cloud-based contact centre solutions (e.g., Genesys Cloud or similar platforms)

• Exposure to working within structured project environments using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desirable Skills

• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Python

• Good working knowledge of network protocols, firewall technologies (e.g., Fortinet), and security best practices

• Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress) for internally developed applications
