Senior Technical Lead - Messaging
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery, combining operational excellence with continuous improvement and project execution. You will oversee service performance, DevOps support, change governance, and delivery initiatives while ensuring high availability and compliance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of Fax and SMS services across delivery, operations, and support
- Provide L3 BAU DevOps support, including incident, problem and change management
- Lead service performance management across MTTR, OLA, and SLA metrics
- Drive continuous service and process improvement initiatives
- Manage and resolve vulnerabilities and technical risks
- Own and manage change control submissions and service governance
- Lead project delivery activities associated with messaging platforms
- Maintain high-quality technical and service documentation
Required Experience & Skills
Essential
- Proven experience delivering, supporting, and operating Fax and SMS services in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on DevOps experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience producing technical documentation (e.g. ITSD, SSD)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for IT service management
- Advanced Power BI capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher
Desirable
- Experience planning, implementing, and supporting telephony or messaging services in medium to large enterprises
- Jira project management experience
- Experience producing user guides, operational procedures, and service reports
- Data network experience
- SaaS platform experience
