  • Work with a supportive global team that values learning and professional development.
  • Be part of an organisation that prioritises safety, compliance, and work–life balance.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and data centre connectivity services, identifying and resolving incidents in real time.
  • Act as the first/second-level point of contact for customer and vendor escalations.
  • Support provisioning and service delivery, coordinating with engineering and field teams.
  • Perform Smart Hands tasks - racking, cabling, patching, labelling, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain asset records, documentation, and shift handovers in line with SLA requirements.
  • Provide on-site diagnostics, hands-and-eyes support, and ensure operational compliance.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in NOC, telecommunications, or data centre support.
  • Knowledge of IP networking (Cisco/Juniper) and optical transmission systems (DWDM/SDH).
  • Practical experience with structured cabling, fibre/copper installation, and physical layer testing (ODF/MMR).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools, ITSM systems (ServiceNow/Jira), and server hardware.
  • Exposure to colocation facilities (e.g., Equinix, NTT) and submarine network environments is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications, IT, or Electronics, with certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or CDCTP well regarded.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with a willingness to work rotating 24×7 shifts.
