Senior Network Engineer

• Deliver technical support and execution for project “work packages”
• Provision new and existing switching infrastructure across multiple data centres
• Remediate end-of-life network hardware and manage capacity across switching platforms
• Produce detailed network designs and conduct technical reviews for proposed changes
• Implement network changes aligned to project and operational requirements
• Draft and coordinate Change Implementation Plans (CIPs) and oversee change activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using advanced diagnostic tools

• Advanced expertise in switching and routing, particularly Cisco infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of VXLAN, EVPN, VPC, BGP, OSPF, and tooling such as NDFC
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and scripting (Python, Ansible, APIs)
• Experience working with automation and orchestration platforms
• Capability to troubleshoot complex network issues using tools such as Wireshark, packet tracing and detailed debug analysis
• Ability to collaborate with project managers to scope, plan, and deliver technical work packages
• Experience producing clear and accurate technical design documentation
