What you'll do:

As a Senior Front End Developer, you’ll build cloud-based digital health software using React and TypeScript, shaping UX/UI for clinical users. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, compliant features, mentor junior developers, and contribute to process improvements. Active participation in agile practices and disciplined use of Jira and GitHub are key to driving both project and long-term success.

• Develop and maintain high-performance, compliant frontend components.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, and documentation.
• Optimise UI performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders.
• Build and maintain automated tests within CI pipelines.
• Keep Jira/GitHub updated and support PR reviews.
• Contribute to standups, planning, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, partners, and clients.
• Mentor and support junior developers.

What you bring:

As a Senior Front End Developer, you bring strong experience building scalable React applications with TypeScript and intuitive UI design. You’re comfortable working in complex, performance-critical codebases and developing interactive visualisation tools. You communicate well, mentor others, and collaborate effectively in agile teams. Experience with image processing, cloud services, or regulated environments is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years building complex web apps with React and state management (Redux/Context).
• Strong TypeScript and CSS skills; experience with WebGL, Pixi.js, or Three.js.
• Deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines; follow code reviews and standards.
• Build performance-sensitive UIs and optimise rendering.
• Write unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Jira and GitHub (clear tickets and PRs).
• Strong communicator; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor others.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Preferred: Image processing (e.g., volume rendering), AWS, DICOM/PACS/FHIR, technical documentation.
