Fulfil Your Fringe’ Giveaway Competition – Promotion and Competition Terms and Conditions

Overview
This competition is run by Robert Walters Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”) and provides participants the chance to win an exciting Adelaide Fringe experience (the “Promotion”), in collaboration with Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe.

Definitions

‘Ineligible Participants’ are: 

        (a) all Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza and Adelaide Fringe employees, and their Immediate Families; and 

        (b) all people under the age of 18 years old. 

‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or any other family extension.

Entry

1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and prize form part of the Promotion and Competition Terms and Conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’). 
2. The Promotion opens on Monday 19 January 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Wednesday 25 February 2026 (‘Entry Period’).
3. Registration entry is limited to one per person. 
4. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Promotion. 
5. The Promotion is open to Australian residents living in Australia only.
6. Robert Walters reserve the right to refuse (in its sole discretion) to award any prize to an entrant, if it is decided that the entrant has violated the Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair disadvantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
7. Information from entrants will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and for publicity purposes as contemplated under clauses 24 and 25 of these Terms and Conditions. Additional purposes/uses of personal information are outlined below for entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications from Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide, Adelaide Fringe or all three. By participating, entrants grant Robert Walters exclusive permission to use their name and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. Entrants who opt into receive marketing communications from Robert Walters agree to allow Robert Walters to send them promotions, updates, and other communications related to its services. Subject to clause 8, personal information will otherwise be dealt with in accordance with Robert Walters’ Privacy Policy. Entrants may access or change their personal information by contacting ANZPrivacyOfficer@robertwalters.com.au.
8. Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications from Adelaide Fringe or Crowne Plaza Adelaide agree that their personal information will be shared by Robert Walters with Adelaide Fringe and/or Crowne Plaza Adelaide for this purpose (as applicable). Once shared, personal information will be handled in accordance with Adelaide Fringe Privacy Policy or Crowne Plaza Adelaide Privacy Policy (as applicable).  For the avoidance of doubt, Personal information collected by Robert Walters during the Promotion will otherwise be handled in accordance with Robert Walters’ Privacy Policy. 

Prize

    9. Prize for a single winner for 13-15 March 2026 may include:

        a) 4x Tickets to selected Adelaide Fringe shows

        b) Food and beverage voucher to the value of $100 at KOOMO

        c) $200 spending money via a UChoose Prepaid Visa gift card: https://uchoosegiftcard.com.au/

        d) Two night’s accommodation on the 13 and 14 March 2026 at Crowne Plaza Adelaide, in a Premium King Room (subject to availability) with breakfast                included, for two adults (winner and plus one).

    e) Domestic air travel (if required) for two (winner and plus one), from the winner’s nearest major city to Adelaide (departing 13 March 2026, returning 15 March            2026). The prize is valued between AUD $1,800-$2500.

Conditions

    10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    11. The winner and their companion must be available to travel on the specified dates. No alternate dates will be offered.
    12. All other expenses, including but not limited to additional meals, in-room purchases, and travel insurance, are the responsibility of the winner. 
    13. The winner and plus one is responsible for travel to and from their nearest airport. The winner (and their plus one) are also responsible for travel to and from              Fringe events.
    14. The winner (and their plus one) must make themselves available on Friday, 13 March, until Sunday 15 March, 2026.
    15. The winner must provide proper identification (e.g., drivers license, passport, birth certificate) when claiming the prize.
    16. Given the nature of the promotion, awarding of the prize is subject to the winner consenting to Robert Walters conducting relevant background checks such            as a criminal record check. The prize will not be awarded to anyone who has prior criminal convictions, particularly (but not limited to) where those                         convictions involve anti-social, violent or drink-driving. Accordingly, you warrant that you do not have any previous criminal convictions. Any plus one will be              subject to this clause 18.
    17. The winner and the plus one must reside in the same location.
    18. If the winner and plus one do not reside in Adelaide and air travel is required then, standard domestic air travel and accommodation at Crowne Plaza                    Adelaide for 13th-15th March 2026 will be covered, subject to the following:

                a) the winner and plus one must have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of                        immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties or payments incurred as a result of such documents not                         meeting the requirements of those authorities, will be the sole responsibility of the winner; 
               b) Pre-selected accommodation will be booked at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide hotel by Robert Walters in Robert Walters full discretion for two nights, the                          13th and 15th March 2026. This will include 1 Premium King hotel room with King bed subject to availability).
                c) the winner and their plus one are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest airport for flight departure to Adelaide.
                d) the winner and their plus one are responsible for their transport between the Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Airport; 
               e) flight tickets are available on regular scheduled services and are subject to seasonal embargos. The flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending                        on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule;
                f) unless otherwise specified, the travel is economy class. Winner and plus one must ensure they have travel insurance in place;
                g) any additional accommodation or changes to travel dates outside specifications in the Terms and Conditions, which incur additional costs, are to be paid                       by the winner;
                h) unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, the winner/plus one will be responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money,                        laundry charges, activities, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize, travel insurance and all other                      ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize;
                i) Non-reimbursable purchases include (but not limited to):
                        I. In-flight purchases;
                        II. Excess baggage fees; 
                       III. Childcare, petcare and pet boarding;
                        IV. Mini-bar purchases or bar bills; 
                       V. Movies, online entertainment or newspapers; and 
                       VI. Additional bedding

Selection of Winner

        19. The winner will be selected from eligible entries submitted during the entry period, based on the most creative response to the question “If you could pursue any passion, what would it be, and why?”. After the Promotion closes at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, a winner will be selected by Robert Walters         representatives from qualifying entries.
        20. The winner will be notified by phone and email on Friday 27 February 2026.
        21. If the winner cannot be contacted within two business days or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The new winner         will be selected from eligible entries.    

Privacy and Publicity

        22. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes and for future promotion and marketing purposes                 and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.    

Liability

        23. Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe make no representation as to the safety, conditions and other issues that may exist at any         destination. 
       24. To the fullest extent permitted by law Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever         (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury in connection with the Promotion entry or prize.
        25. The winner takes the prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe in respect of any claim for         any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
        26. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of any service providers.
        27. Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion         due to technical malfunction or otherwise.
        28. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Robert Walters, Crowne Plaza Adelaide and Adelaide Fringe reserves         the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, at any time without notice. Where it is practical for it to do so, Robert         Walters will notify entrants of such changes via electronic mail/social media, LinkedIn or our website.        

Acceptance of Terms

        29. Robert Walters reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any stage, for any reason. 
       30. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
       31. If the winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited.
