1. Permanent, Non-Ongoing and Project Recruitment

Robert Walters is an approved provider for the Whole of Australian Government - People Panel Phase 1 Panel, Perm Services (SON3897769), Robert Walters can provide support for ongoing, non-ongoing (including casual) types of employees:

  • General Recruitment Services: APS to EL2 and equivalent
  • Executive Recruitment Services: SES Band 1 to Band 3 and equivalent and statutory appointments
  • Expert/Specialised Role Recruitment: Personnel who are experts with extensive knowledge, experience, and advanced education in their field and are not generally available in the Australian Public Service
  • Candidate Sourcing Services: Identifying and sourcing highly skilled candidates to fill advertised vacancies at any level)

2. Contingent, Labour Hire and Temporary Recruitment

Robert Walters is an approved provider on the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) - People Panel Phase 2, Labour Hire Services (SON3965020), Robert Walters can provide support for ongoing, non-ongoing (including casual) types of employees:

  • Labour Hire Services: APS1 – SES equivalent, for a defined period
  • Conversion service: Labour hire worker accepts an offer of direct APS employment into a similar position
  • Introduction services: APS employee from another entity, known as Section 26 transfer
  • Placement services: Sourcing of a candidate for a non-ongoing APS position of employment
