Contractor timesheet portal
FastTrack 360 (FT360) is Robert Walters online self-service portal. FT360 gives you access to update your personal details, view your payslip, complete your timesheet and submit expenses.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset on the login page of the portal.
If you are experiencing issues using the portal, please refer to our step by step training guide HERE.

Employer timesheet portal
FastTrack 360 (FT360) is Robert Walters online time and attendance portal. FT360 gives you access to view your invoices and review and approve your candidate's timesheets and expenses.

Incorporated contractor
Your timesheets
- You are required to complete a timesheet for the hours worked in your temporary client role.
- Timesheets must be completed online using the Robert Walters Online Timesheet Portal or where the Client prefers using their own electronic timesheet system.
- If you are using the Robert Walters Online portal, you will receive your login details within the first week of your temporary client role.
- If your timesheet approver changes during your temporary client role please email timesheetportal@robertwalters.com.au with your new approver’s name and email address.
- Timesheets for the Robert Walters Online Timesheet Portal must be submitted and approved by 9am Tuesday AEST.
Your pay
- Please refer to your Incorporated Contractor Agreement for your pay frequency.
- Your pay is credited to your bank account on a Thursday via EFT (electronic funds transfer).
- You will receive your Reciprocated Tax Invoice via the Robert Walters Online portal.
PAYG Contractors
Your timesheets
- You are required to complete a timesheet for the hours worked in your temporary client role.
- Timesheets must be completed online using the Robert Walters Online Timesheet Portal or where the Client prefers using their own electronic timesheet system.
- If you are using the Robert Walters Online portal, you will receive your login details within the first week of your temporary client role.
- If your timesheet approver changes during your temporary client role please email timesheetportal@robertwalters.com.au with your new approver’s name and email address.
- Timesheets for the Robert Walters Online Timesheet Portal must be submitted and approved by 9am Tuesday AEST.

- Your pay is credited to your bank account on a Thursday via EFT (electronic funds transfer).
- You will receive your pay slips via the Robert Walters Online portal.
