Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer

We’re partnering with multiple reputable organisations across various industries to recruit experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable professionals. These are contract opportunities requiring an immediate start!

What you'll do:

Accounts Payable -

• Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies

• Prepare and process weekly or monthly payment runs

• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  
  

Accounts Receivable-

• Raise and issue invoices in accordance with company policies

• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments

• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts

• Liaise with customers regarding billing inquiries and disputes

• Generate and distribute regular aged debtors reports

• Support month-end close processes and assist with audit requirements

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in AP and/or AR functions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TechOne, Xero, MYOB, Pronto, Epicor)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced or high-volume environments

• Immediately available or on short notice is highly regarded
