What you'll do

Develop and report on the company’s financial performance, giving you business-wide visibility and influence. You’ll prepare budgets, forecasts and re-forecast models, working closely with key stakeholders to shape financial decision-making.

Take ownership of month-end and year-end processes, sharpening your technical skills while building your reputation as a trusted financial partner. You’ll also support audits and help improve financial controls, giving you the kind of compliance and governance experience that opens doors to senior finance positions.

With ongoing acquisitions and rapid growth, you’ll be involved in evaluating business initiatives — giving you early exposure to strategic finance work.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years’ experience in financial accounting, with strong month-end and reporting skills
• CPA or CA qualified, or actively working towards full qualification
• A desire to step into leadership and take on more strategic responsibilities
