The Role

We are seeking a degree-qualified Assistant Accountant to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will handle bookkeeping and routine accounting tasks while supporting larger transactions and projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts email inboxes and ensure timely responses.

• Process invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliations using Xero.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and loan reconciliations.

• Handle ASIC compliance tasks and corporate record maintenance.

• Liaise with external accountants and auditors.

• Support ad hoc administrative and office tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualification in accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in general ledger functions and year-end processes.

• Experience with Xero is highly desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
