Summary:

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded organisation within the financial services sector, known for its professional environment and commitment to operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Officer for a contract opportunity to support a key project focused on redundancy processing and payroll transitions.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong payroll professional with deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors. The position will predominantly focus on redundancy and termination processing, with the scope to support additional payroll activities depending on volumes and capability. The ideal candidate will be working in a project environment and comfortable stepping into a specialised, time-sensitive piece of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process employee redundancies and terminations in line with company policies and legislative requirement
• Ensure all payments and entitlements are accurately processed using SAP SuccessFactors
• Support the payroll team on other BAU and project-based activities where required
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout

Key Skills & Experience:

• Multiple years’ experience in Australian payroll processing
• Deep working knowledge of SuccessFactors , particularly redundancy/termination calculations
