About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Provide enterprise-wide monitoring and reporting on conflicts of interest risk themes.
• Implement, maintain, and ensure awareness of conflicts of interest policies, delivering proactive training as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert supporting Divisions and Business Units on transactional conflicts, employee personal account dealings, and personal conflicts.
• Oversee and report on emerging global risk themes related to conflicts of interest through stakeholder engagement.

About the you:

You have:

• Proven experience in Control Room Compliance, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Utilize in-depth understanding of Institutional products and advisory services to enhance compliance and risk management.
• Oversee the complete policy life cycle, applying hands-on knowledge of obligations and control processes.
• Perform detailed reporting and analysis to deliver insights that drive effective risk mitigation and strategic decisions.
• Draw on International Institutional Banking expertise to manage compliance across diverse regulatory landscapes and jurisdictions.
