Product Owner, Regulatory Compliance (SM)

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement automated controls for regulatory compliance and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide governance oversight for employee policy adherence, risk, audit, and compliance.
• Lead technology infrastructure upgrades, including Snowflake data analytics implementation.
• Serve as delegate for Data and Technology Risk Themes, managing associated risks.
• Develop and deliver policy and procedure training materials for platform users.
• Conduct quality assurance on conflict identification processes; mentored junior team members.

About the you:

You are:

• Expertise in user experience design, data infrastructure, and technology risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, corporate finance processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiar with ANZ risk management practices and internal platforms.
• Experienced team leader with a focus on governance, compliance, and platform optimization.
