What you'll do:

As a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating complex commercial finance applications from Australian SMEs. • Provide timely feedback and guidance to junior credit analysts to foster their development and enhance the overall capability of the credit team.
• Build strong working relationships with sales team members to facilitate seamless communication throughout the credit assessment process.
• Assist in upskilling the sales team by delivering constructive feedback on credit submissions and data collection practices.
