Analyst
Your day-to-day activities will involve acting as the trusted liaison between clients, offshore branches, and internal teams on all matters related to documentation. You will be responsible for handling diverse requests ranging from account maintenance to complex document interpretation while ensuring every process aligns with global standards.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and offshore branches regarding all documentary matters, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Manage a wide range of client documentation requests including account maintenance tasks such as Electronic Payment Signatory set ups, as well as additions or removals for signatories.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company documentation requirements including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts to support client needs effectively.
- Interpret complex global documentation requirements and implement appropriate actions to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their documentary needs and providing tailored support throughout their projects.
- Negotiate constructively with both internal teams and external clients to facilitate swift completion of deliverables while maintaining high standards of service.
- Partner closely with local and regional stakeholders to execute strategies that align with broader business objectives and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain rigorous discipline in case management by logging, tracking, and reporting all client requests in a timely manner using established systems.
- Adhere strictly to all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent delivery against agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive initiatives that support the wider franchise agenda.
