Compliance Analyst

You will be joining an established fund manager as a Compliance Analyst within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance with AFSL, ASIC regulations, and other financial laws.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, frameworks, and AML/CTF Program.
• Monitor daily operations and prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
• Support staff training, incident management, and breach reporting.
• Review marketing and product materials for regulatory compliance.
• Provide compliance advice and liaise with regulators, auditors, and service providers.
• Assist with governance and regulatory filings (e.g. ASIC, AUSTRAC).

About the you:

You have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role within financial services, preferably in investment or funds management.
• Strong understanding of ASIC, ASX, the Corporations Act, AML regulations, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
• Experience reviewing PDS/TMD documents, managing product due diligence, and ensuring marketing material compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach.
