Corporate Finance Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join a leading stockbroking and share advisory firm in Sydney.

As the first hire in this area, you will have the unique chance to shape the direction of the business, work closely with senior leadership, and take ownership of all listed deals, including IPOs and secondary offerings. What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end execution of IPOs and capital-raising transactions

• Draft deal documentation (IMs, prospectuses, deal sheets)

• Lead due diligence and liaise with legal, banking, and investor stakeholders

• Advise on structuring, pricing, and strategy

• Ensure compliance with ASIC and ASX regulations

• Work closely with senior leadership to align with firm-wide goals

• Build relationships across ECM networks and provide market insights

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, ECM, or IPOs

• RG146 qualification

• Proven deal execution capability, ideally in ASX-listed markets

• Strong industry network (banks, institutions, legal)

• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (ASIC/ASX)

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
