What you'll do:

As a Client Service Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth interactions between investors and the business. Your day-to-day activities will involve preparing impactful presentations for meetings, responding thoughtfully to investor queries, collaborating with distribution teams on strategic deliverables, and managing comprehensive reporting cycles. You will also play an important role in maintaining key databases such as Salesforce and RFP applications while project managing detailed questionnaires for consultants or platforms. By working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, you will ensure that every client request is handled efficiently and professionally. Success in this position requires excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences within the investment management landscape.

  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings and presentations by updating standard deliverables as well as creating new presentation materials tailored to specific audiences.
  • Liaise effectively with third-party registry providers and direct investors to ensure all queries are addressed promptly and accurately via email and phone communication.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution teams on strategy-related queries, fund information requests, prospect deliverables, and other investor needs.
  • Lead the completion of consultant, research house, and platform questionnaires by gathering relevant data from internal stakeholders and ensuring timely submission.
  • Oversee the checking and delivery of regular client reporting packages to maintain transparency and foster trust with investors.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client information within Salesforce, ensuring all records are up-to-date for efficient workflow across departments.
  • Support the upkeep of standard client presentations as well as the Q&A database within external RFP applications to streamline responses to investor inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors to guarantee accurate fulfilment of client requests within agreed timelines.
  • Project manage complex client questionnaires from initiation through completion, coordinating input from multiple teams as needed.
  • Participate actively in projects aimed at enhancing client service processes or implementing new initiatives that improve overall efficiency.

  • Solid understanding of investment concepts including equities markets (both Australian and global) gained through previous roles or academic study.
  • Degree qualified with 1-2 years’ experience at an asset manager, advisor firm, platform provider, researcher organisation, registry provider or custodian institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable.
