What you'll do:

• Conduct thorough reviews of advice documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to clarify complex issues, offer guidance on best practice approaches and foster a culture of compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on assurance findings, highlighting areas of strength as well as opportunities for further enhancement.
• Participate actively in projects related to policy updates or regulatory changes, ensuring new requirements are effectively embedded into daily operations.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in advice assurance or compliance roles within financial services, showcasing your deep understanding of relevant regulations.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in training sessions or industry forums.
• A short notice period or ability to start immediately.
• Currently on the ASIC Financial Advice Register as a Financial Planner and having successfully completed the ASIC Financial Adviser exam (formerly the FASEA financial adviser exam) is highly regarded
• Knowledge of the External Financial Advice marketplace including key legislative requirements
