Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with clear guidance and support throughout the claims process.
  • Review and assess claims documentation to determine coverage and eligibility, ensuring compliance with policy terms.
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Address customer queries and issues with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and claims processing experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres, or claims is essential.
  • A background that demonstrates strong customer service skills is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
