Our client is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to join a dedicated project focused on enhancing the onboarding journey for new retail customers. If you are looking for a position that values empathy, teamwork, and the opportunity to positively impact on others, this is the role for you! * Fully remote position, Mon - Fri 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm * Victoria and NSW Locations Available * Monday 4th August start date, contract until end of December 2025 * $35.14 per hour + Super

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound welcome calls to new retail customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed about their membership.
  • Provide key information such as card delivery timelines, welcome materials, and important administrative details during each customer interaction.
  • Participate in regular meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes within the team.
  • Work primarily from home while also having access to local retail store facilities for secure workspaces or in-person assistance when required.
  • Ensure all customer data is handled securely and confidentially in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute feedback on customer satisfaction systems to help refine processes and improve future onboarding experiences.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic.

  • Experience working in a customer-based role is essential (Retail, Hospitality or Call Centre)
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable due to frequent interactions with international customers requiring language support.
  • Experience in a call centre environment is beneficial
