Call Centre Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call centre team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls to provide support, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with patience and efficiency

Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

Basic computer and data entry skills
-
Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
