Customer Service Officer

Join Our Client's Dynamic Team as a Customer Service Officer! Location: Sunshine Head Office Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to be part of a collaborative team? Our Client is looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team and provide top-notch support to their valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
• Offer suitable replacements for out-of-stock items and promote slow-moving products.
• Enhance customer experience through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide timely delivery information and encourage the use of our self-service portal.
• Support the sales team with quotes and administrative tasks.
• Engage with customers positively, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage reorders.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for seamless service.
• Prepare customer quotes and manage goods returns and credits.

Skills & Experience:

• A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with large product ranges.
• Strong negotiation and complaint handling skills.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Tools and Systems You'll Use:

• Netsuite, Excel, Freight software, and Microsoft Office applications.
