Customer Service Officer

What you'll do:
- Guide new contractors through onboarding and documentation.
- Provide user support via phone, email, chat, or meetings.
- Manage contractor portfolios and renewals.
- Handle admin tasks like data entry and invoicing.
- Monitor and escalate system errors.
- Canvass by phone to introduce new products.
- Assist in report generation and attend meetings.
- Refer clients for compliance documentation help.
- Help train and integrate new team members.
What you bring:
- At least two years experience working in customer support.
- Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS 365 apps like Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex info with empathy.
- Experienced in onboarding or administrative tasks in compliance-driven fields.
- Team player who participates in reviews, knowledge sharing, and projects.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, maintaining accurate records.
