IT Training and Development Coordinator

What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain IT training needs analysis to identify required skill levels and training requirements in consultation with stakeholders.
- Develop training materials, including but not limited to creation of user guides, standard operating procedures, quick reference guides and training videos.
- Plan, schedule, and deliver training programs – virtually or face-to-face - to enhance digital literacy and technical proficiency across the organisation to support business readiness.
- Work with the change team to understand business requirements and assist in the delivery of change and training activities, in line with the overall program schedule and approach.
- Support change initiatives by enabling smooth adoption of new technologies through timely and targeted training interventions.
- Engage with IT and project teams to understand system changes and updates to ensure that training activities are well understood.
- Conduct training sessions as required, ensuring alignment with training schedules and project milestones.
- Regular reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success of delivery, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team whilst contributing positively to the achievement of the Program objectives.
- Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
- Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivery high level training and knowledge documents.
- Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.
- Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse stakeholder group.
- High quality written communication skills.
